Labiaplasty
LABIAPLASTY
The labia minora are the inner folds of skin and mucosa found on the female vulva. Due to congenital differences, asymmetries, or the hormonal changes during childbirth and aging, these folds of skin can elongate or become asymmetric. A small procedure to reduce these folds can improve comfort during physical activity, sexual intercourse, and while wearing certain types of clothing like bathing suits or tight lower garments. There are two techniques presently used, trim and wedge Labiaplasty. Dr. Robinson will make personal recommendations for you.
